Getinge

The Istanbul Headquarters of Getinge, a leading global supplier of products and systems that contribute to quality improvement and cost efficiency in the fields of healthcare and life sciences, is located on the 25th floor of Allianz Tower and on a total area of 1200 m2. The project started in May 2021 and was completed and delivered as a design&build project in August of the same year.

A simple and innovative design approach, which was created by integrating with the corporate identity offered by Getinge, was adopted. The closed and open office units, which were created by architectural programme, were planned by keeping the hybrid working approach for the pandemic conditions. Accordingly, a collaborated workspace and social area was created in the main entrance that welcomes company employees and guests. It is planned to use this area as a meeting and working area serving multifunctional use.

A secondary entrance area was created and closed office areas and meeting rooms were created in this area according to the architectural progamme. Thus, the main circulation line was protected and maximum daylight was provided for each work area. The closed office rooms and the open area are divided into two parts, and a multifunctional welcoming area and variety of spaces have been created by designing the table arrangement, seating arrangement, phone booth area and social area, which are considered according to different working and socializing needs, together with the hybrid work area in the current program. The design of the project was enriched with colors and materials reflecting Getinge's corporate aspects and working strategy.
